Help shape programmes for your community
We’d love to hear about you, what you enjoy and the programmes you’d like us to offer in your community.
Our online picture questionnaires are a simple, engaging way to share your ideas. Just click into a questionnaire and select the pictures that reflect your interests and preferences. There’s also space to tell us more if you’d like to.
Your answers help us decide what to develop, who it’s for, where it happens and what would make it easier for people to take part.

How it works
We review responses while a questionnaire is open and again when we are planning or improving programmes.
We consider them alongside ideas gathered through in-person co-production, conversations with community members and input from partner organisations and services.
We look for recurring themes, priorities and barriers. These help us decide what to develop, where programmes may be needed and how to make them more accessible.
We may not be able to use every idea, but every contribution helps us build a clearer picture of what communities want.
Why we made it this way
In the past, we used different types of questionnaires. We wanted the Community Co-Lab to offer a more accessible and enjoyable way to share ideas online.

How we use your answers (GDPR compliance information)
Your answers help us understand what communities want.
- We store your answers safely in our private Google Workspace.
- Only approved Happy Headwork team members can see them.
- We group answers together when we report what people tell us.
- We use the answers to design programmes, learn what works and apply for funding.
- We keep questionnaire answers for three years. We then delete them safely.
- Taking part is your choice. You can skip questions or leave before you submit your answers.
If we ask where you live, enter only the first part of your postcode. For example, SA1.
Do not include your name or another person’s name in the boxes where you can write more.
If you join our email list, we store your email address separately from your questionnaire answers.
